EXAMINATION AND GRADES
Examinations will be given in class subjects at the end of each semester. Examination grades and reports from instructors will be kept in individual student files. Students whose progress is not satisfactory will be asked to withdraw from the Academy
ATTENDANCE
Regular and punctual attendance at lessons is essential. Courtesy requires the student to notify the teacher if the student is unable to attend, but only lessons missed due to illness can be rescheduled.
Unavoidable absence because of illness and lessons cancelled by the teacher will be made up. It is the responsibility of the student to be available for the make-up lessons during the teacher’s regularly scheduled teaching times.
Only in exceptional circumstances will a refund be granted. Application for refund must be approved by the Music Director.
